Tag Your Kit is being developed by Roger Seher as a practical organization project for people with gear, hobbies, tools, parts, projects, and too many mystery containers.
Why Roger started thinking about this
Roger has an adventure truck, a growing maker space, airgun projects, camping gear, laser materials, tools, batteries, chargers, parts, and enough containers to make organization a real issue.
Every serious hobby seems to create its own storage problem. Laser engraving requires different materials. Camping requires bins and bags. A garage or shop collects tools, hardware, spare parts, and half-finished ideas. Range gear and airgun accessories can spread across ammo cans, bags, plastic boxes, and drawers.
The goal is not to make storage complicated. The goal is to make it obvious what is inside the box, bag, drawer, case, or kit before you start digging.
Working, testing, improving
This site is not launching as a finished store. It is opening the door for a future ecommerce project while we test ideas internally and with friends to find out what actually works in the real world.
Some ideas may become products. Some will probably get changed, simplified, or thrown out. That is part of the process.
